Dominic Martinez, has more than 24 years experience practicing as a Solicitor in Queensland, and is a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia.

Prior to his admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, he was articled at Wilson Ryan & Grose (an established, well respected Townsville firm) for 5 years.   After 17 years practicing as a Partner with Wilson Ryan & Grose, he was appointed Property Law Consultant for Nicol Robinson Kidd in Brisbane's CBD for several years.

Dominic has extensive experience in Property Law. Over the last 24 years he has been involved in acting for a number of property developers including major corporations and smaller local developers.

Dominic has been a Director of Montville Vineyard & Winery Pty Ltd from its inception in Montville in 1997. "Settlers Rise" is now a successful producing vineyard with substantial cellar door operations.

As a member of the Singapore Business Association of Queensland since 1997, Dominic acts for a number of overseas companies and individuals. He maintains regular contact with Singaporean and Malaysian businessmen, and has formed an association with a Singapore law firm with links to China.

In 1997, Dominic travelled to China as part of a joint Australian-Singaporean Trade Tour, sponsored by the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Australian Deputy Prime Minister's Office.

Steve Quadrio was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1978. Steve has practiced as a criminal Barrister in the National Court of Justice, Papua New Guinea, and also acted as a financial advisor in Europe.

Prior to commencing at Martinez Quadrio Lawyers with his long time friend, Dominic Martinez, Steve had been a partner in a mid-sized Brisbane CBD firm, the principal of his own firm for 10 years and a partner in a firm with offices in Queensland country and the Brisbane CBD.

Steve has extensive experience in the general practice of law and oversees the criminal law, estate and general commercial litigation sections of the firm.

Steve has travelled extensively and is familiar with the legal process in Europe and the South Pacific.  

Steve has had a long association with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island community in Australia, representing many tribal groups in actions against the Australian Government, as well as being sole Counsel for several multi-national corporations.
